I purchased a 2022 Dutchmen Aspen trailer. Scott was my salesman a very nice gentleman walk me through several different trailers. I got the trailer home loaded it with some goodies and off to the ocean the next day. The trailer pulled very nice and I had just a couple things to question about it when I got back Monday the service department got a hold of me later that day and we cured all the problems very happy with the situation. Would I referred Baydos trailer in Fife to anybody else absolutely. So now I am a happy camper.

The whole Baydo’s team was incredible. Casey and Kim were a wealth of knowledge as this was our first time purchasing a rv. They never once tried to pull a fast one on us. Dave and Kim were both incredibly helpful. Dave was the perfect salesman for us, no pressure, told us how it was, and let us thoroughly look through the trailer before ever talking numbers. Made nice conversations with us outside of the sale, made us feel comfortable. Kim was an upbeat, helpful person with lots of knowledge for us. The crew at Baydo’s is one of a kind. Even the walk through was top notch, we told them to treat us as if we had never owned an RV at all and they did so without any rush through or judgement. Scott is a wonderful salesperson! In each coach we looked at, he explained the “perks” of each one. He is very knowledgeable about the different coaches that BAYDOS carries. At the walk-through, he explained in detail everything e needed to know about hooking it up to our truck and what all the buttons do on the inside.

Nice , friendly , helpful. Great experience. Dave Kerper our salesman made purchasing our new trailer smooth ,enjoyable and relaxing and is a great salesman. Kim Smith took the time to go over and explain everything to us and make sure to answer any questions we might have. If you're in the market to purchase a new r.v or trailer I recommend going in to Baydo's in Fife,Wa and asking for Dave Kerper. We also left there knowing everything we needed to know about hooking it up by the gentleman who did our walk through and was very pleasant as well and answered all our questions. Paul and his entire team at Baydos are an amazing group of people. From ensuring I was comfortable with the purchase, to making sure my 4 year old was comfortable while I was signing paperwork, someone was there the entire time helping out. I can’t stress enough how personable, engaging, and patient everyone was. I had never owned an RV before and really knew nothing about maintenance, upkeep, and or best practices. By the time I left their Fife location I truly felt ready for the road. Thank a bunch!
